By evolving more further the Fujikura's independent technology, "Metal Composite Technology",
it was succeeded to launch "MCI BLACK" which allows to
have the flow of weight, CPM, the balance for each length of iron.
It allows to swing more easy on long iron, and more stable on short iron.

MCT®(Metal Composite Technology)

Metal Composite Technology (MCT) is the latest CG Improvement by Fujikura which joins Composite Carbon with an array of metals. First ,with this technology, it provides a balanced adjustment of center gravity location of each shaft. Second, it uses to a thinner wall profile to offer increased control and movement through all phases of the swings.

In Japan, MCI won the prize of "GOOD DESIGN AWARD" in 2015. It was an honor in terms of independent technology to adjust the delicate center of gravity location.

Background of Development

MCI(Metal Composite Iron) performs with similar characteristics in CGL as steel shafts but with the feel of graphite. Golfers have appreciated the feel and playability since it's inception September 2012 (Accumulated volume shipped by December 2015 exceeds 160,000 pieces).
Now, we have succeeded with the development of "MCI Black". 2nd generation of MCI that promotes a shaft weight flow from long to short iron, which is obtained through MCT (Metal Composite Technology). MCI Black has both CGL adjusting technology and freedom of graphite design to maintain conventional bend rigidity through out the set.

Features of MCI Black

1. Enables a player to choose his favorite weight from driver to hybrid to iron shafts.

MCI Black provides individual shaft weight generally recommended for long irons to wedges, consequently it will carry perfect weight flow in a set of clubs.

How to assemble MCI Black

MCI Black is the balance flow shafts.
The swing balance flows 0.5 point by each length and approximately 3.5 point flowing from #3 to PW.
① Prepare Iron head which has 7gram interval on each (from #3 to PW)
② 0.5 inch interval of club length
③ Prepare same weight grips

1. Available 40.0 inch for Utility
2. Tapered tip only.
・The price is a suggested retail price. Not included an assembling cost and grip fee.
・Calculated the butt O.D. at 150 mm location from the edge of butt.
